Would you count a coronal polishing/pit fissure sealant certification in the license section of the application? This is a major new thing on my (re)application that I want to highlight.

The ~8-hours coronal polishing course entitles the bearer to a certificate of attendance, not a “license”. If that is the only significant change since the last application, don’t expect too much enthusiasm.
