I heard that GPA and DAT gets you inteviews and your personality gets you the acceptance. Is this true or is the GPA and DAT still factored in for your acceptance?

Every school is different, some drill you during interview about your grades and DAT scores, some don't even mention it, but in general if you recieve an interview invitation you have met the basic requirements (both DAT and GPA) for that school and something about your application interests them, However it does not mean that if you have a great interview you are 100% in, there have been people who have had great interviews but still were not accepted or were waitlisted, it's not a guarantee. They might interview people after you who have better academic standings, or even better personalities , and they might take your place. Therefore, you can say if you get an interview you are 60% in, but you still have 40% to work on. Good Luck👍

(P.S At some schools they might require you to take additional classes and achieve a certain grade, after the interview, in order to be accepted)

A lot of schools do open-file interviews. In that case, I would think GPA and DAT scores would somewhat influence the interviewers' opinions.
