Cosigned Letters from PA and MD

I have a letter written by a PA-C and an MD, and they cosigned it. the PA-C knows me better and can speak to my work ethic, while the doctor has only worked with me a few times, but agreed to cosign and upload the letter to interfolio. How do admissions view this?

It will be viewed as a LOR with two clinicians co-signing it.

It is a letter from people who have seen you in a clinical setting. It could help (this is rare), it could hurt (this is very rare), or it could be neutral (most often the case)

How strong is the letter? That's what's important... as well as their consent of the opinions expressed in your letter.
