Does anyone know how competative a COSMETIC SURGERY FELLOWSHIP is(NOT A RESIDENCY IN PLASTICS- just a fellowship in cometics)? I'm talking after someone has completed general surgery?

Also, does anyone know how many COMETIC FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMS there are out there.
