Does anyone know, for non-ACGME super fellowships, are these considered graduate medical education or faculty level for visa purposes? Some hospitals/programs say they won't sponsor H1 or O1 for GME, but if a fellow is appointed as an instructor, does that mean they are being appointed at a faculty level?
