Hey anyone know a good program for toning/strength training? Something I could do mostly in an apartment?
I love the way C25K takes the guess work out of "How far?" "How long?", anything similar for toning?
I get stuck with how many of what exercise and something that would tell me exactly would be great. Anyone know any that they've used/liked?
