Could I match PGY 1?

I'm an 3rd year now at a State univerisity non-research medical school. It appears that unless i bomb this year and drop 8 spots, I'll be AOA. My Step 1 is 258/99. I realize that there are less than 100 "categorical" plastics spots to be had. Can anyone give me any advice? What are the most important thing to match for plastics? Ex. How important is Step 1? Research? Away rotations? Etc? Please help.
