So I just got my results back. I am a little bummed with the scores as I expected higher.

First ever practice exam - 32
AAMC 34-37
AVGs PS 12.5 VR 10.5 BS 11.5

Actual results- PS 11 VR 9 BS 12 WR T

I scored 10 or 11 on every practice verbal, never a 9.

So I was expecting a PS 11 VR 10 BS 13
I received one point lower on each section than predicted.

Do I retake this on July 30th to bring this up to around a 35. I have a 3.98 cum and a science GPA of 3.97 with a lot of good research and clinical extra curriculars. Does this score drop me out of contention for all the top schools on my MD apps?

Take my advice for granted, but I went through almost exactly the same feeling. I was averaging 34-37 on practice tests and got a 32 with 11, 9, 12. I also applied to 20+ schools. Now, I don't know how to look at my success, because I haven't gotten in. But, I did get 11 interview invites, with that mcat and a 3.8 gpa. I even got interviews to a handful of schools whose average stats were higher than mine. However, I didn't get in, so that may mean something. I would say that your chances for the top 10 schools on your list may be lower, but I think you will have a good chance to get in somewhere. Try to really distinguish yourself in the interviews. I think I may not have been able to do that, and people with lower stats than me got in. I think if you're dead set on a top 10, then you should retake. But as far as being a problem, I don't think a 32 will be a problem.

This is very true considering your MCAT scores are not the only thing the admission committee look at.
