Does anyone know how difficult it is to do a couples match for residency placement into a decent location/residency for like FP?

Actually yes.
We had a lecture on all the matching process.
Couples match is for anyone who wants to match close together.

But for the OP’s question I know many people who couple matched in non competitive specialties.
