i'm enrolled as a 2nd bachelor student at a cal state university.
so, all the chem, bio, etc all counts as undergrad, right?
however, i'm thinking about applying to grad school at this school so i can get some financial aid, a t.a-ship, basically, do a project on healthcare communication while taking ochem, and get some funding. the money issue is really really riding on my rear..
so my question is:
do these undergard 101 courses i take as a graduate student count as graduate courses or undergrad?

Hi!

I did post bac work at a CSU too.

If the course is an undergraduate level course which is not applied to your grad degree then it counts towards your undergraduate GPA.

Good luck!

At my undergrad, as long as you are enrolled as a bachelor-seeking, then the course counts for undergrad credit. When you enroll as a graduate student or are in a graduate-degree seeking program, it becomes graduate credit, even if it is an undergrad class.

It is def. worth looking into at your school, especially if you are taking courses for the purposes of raising your undergrad GPA. That was an issue with me too, so I made sure to enroll as a bachelor-seeking student as I completed my post-bac so the courses would count for my ugrad GPA.
