I know most med schools require a year of english course and 2 qtr worth of calculus..

In our college, our academic year is divided into 3 qtrs (excluding non-mandatory summer session).

For English, I had one class which I took for P/N...which I shouldn't have because I ended up getting A- in that class...

For Calculus, I had Calc BC AP credit from high school so was able to skip 1 qtr of calculus (calculus course as a whole is divided into two qtrs at our school).

Will I have problem getting credit for those I did P/N and skipped?
Do I have to retake these classes?

Depends on your institution. Just contact the office that handles grades in your college.

I would say you probably should just take another English class, since P/N doesn't count in terms of requirements and I don't think your college would change it to grades after P/N. As for skipped classes, it also depends on your school. Here, they award credit to certain skipped classes via AP exam scores and not for other subjects.

So it's too school specific to be answered by SDN?
