Quick concern:

I ve already been accepted to a few medical schools. However I realized that I had left out a single course that I had taken the summer after my sophomore year at a community college just to transfer credit to my undergraduate institution. It was a business course and I did receive an A in the course. Nevertheless, I wasnt trying to hide anything , I just completely forgot about this class. I did send the transcript over to the schools i was accepted to. should i be concerned about this?

I wouldn't worry about it. People do forget things and make mistakes - after all, when you sign stuff it usually says "I certify this is true and correct to the best of my knowledge" not "absolutely and completely" because no one can guarantee they've gotten it all totally right.

The fact that you sent out the transcript makes it very clear that this was a paperwork error, not a case of you trying to hide anything - and, as you say, it was an irrelevant "A" class, so there wouldn't be anything to hide.

I can't imagine a situation in which this would be a problem.
