Is it too much work to take calc II, orgo II, orgo II lab and bio I(with lab) this semester (and ital III)? Or should I postpone taking calc II until the summer? I heard all of them are the hardest classes out of their respective subject areas. AND it's important to note that I also work 10 hours a week and have other extracurriculars.

I would really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

If you have done well in your previous classes I would say it's perfectly doable. 4 classes + 2 labs isn't bad. But you could always be ready to drop calc, as long as that doesn't mess up your graduation timeline.

why make two of these threads? ( http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=788496 )

bio I, the hardest course in the bio dept? 🙄
orgo II, the hardest course in the chem dept? 🙄🙄
calc II, the hardest course in the math dept? 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

if u dont think you can do it, drop one. im here saying its definitely possible if you put in the time. yes i had other ec's + a life last to worry about too.

Thanks PreMedder, for some reason I didn't see that it came through.

I think it's possible if you are well organized and manage your time effectively... I thought Cacl II was easier than Calc I and Bio is just reading and memorization really. I personally loved orgo so I didn't find the class a burden but everybody is different. Just be prepared to commit some time each week to all these classes and have tests overlapping on the same weeks (seems to be the story of my life). Good luck!
