We started working on it within a couple minutes of it going down and have 3 guys figuring out what happened. We are rebooting the server which will take the whole site down for 15 or so minutes, but may be the fastest way to get things back up for everyone. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and we should see it back up any minute.

Thanks! Relieved to see this is being taken care of... I thought maybe it was an issue with my account or something.
 
It seems I found the issue. We keep track of each question selection (even if you change you answer) to help you get helpful data. The downside is 2.5 million records in the quiz area every 6 months. This shouldn't really be a problem, but it was past time to clear out things over 6 months back.

Luckily each time it had happened, it was in the middle of the day when I had plenty of people around to notice, let me know and get it fixed quickly. I am staying late at the office tonight cleaning out millions of records to help things run faster / smoother.

I'm trying to watch the OG videos and it doesn't work. i looks like it loads the media and when i press play, nothing happens.
 
Everything on the site should be working just fine, SDN isn't where we do tech support though. Sometimes we do communicate here since users want to know if it is just them or not, but in general we try to service our users through our site. Please submit a support ticket so we can look at your account and work with you one on one.
