Hey, I just finished my coursework section and unlike some people my semesters did not get jumbled around. So I called and asked about it. The Aadsas person told me that I did it correctly and the semesters should appear in order of how you took them.
I think I know the issue for some folks....
say you have fall 2008-2009 and spring 2008-2009.
For fall semester you enter: FALL and 2008.
Next for spring semester enter: SPRING and 2009. Do this because you took the classes in that year not 2008.
Same thing for winter classes etc. Your transcript may say Winter 2006-2007 but you enter it as WINTER 2007.

Anyone hear likewise or unlikewise???

I called and asked... you should call as well to be safe (tell what you find out). Im just trying to help out not confuse or misinform anyone.

That's exactly what I did...I just entered the sessions in the order I took them... fall 2006, spring 2007, summer 2007, fall 2007, spring 2008, etc etc...still jumbled around.

alright I just called again (cube position 8.... music.... cube position 7.....).
Anyway, I was told that the classes should be exactly what you see in on the transcript.

mine were jumbled when i entered them yesterday but today when i logged on they're in the right order...maybe aadsas fixed the problem?

Sending my transcript with form was the very first thing I did. There is no need to wait until you esubmit.

Do it right away. The GPA verification is usually the longest part of the application. My advice is to do the coursework section and get your transcripts in asap. Most likely by the time your school processes and sends the transcript and the AADSAS receives it you will be done with everything else.

Two of the schools I previously attended are 4 hours away from me..would it be ok if I fax them the completed transcript matching form? Would their be any problems with that?

That shouldn't be a problem, I know there are many predents who do not stay in their college town during the summer, and they can't expect people to hop up and drive/fly all the way to campus to give them a form!

Did you guys make a whole new session for college credits (non-AP) obtained in high school? In high school, I was in a program called college now that allowed us to get a jump start on college (in my jr. year of hs)

which session did you guys put high school ap credits in? on my transcript, it just lists them as transfer credits, but aadsas makes us pick a term. should i put them in summer before i started, or in fall of my freshman year? thanks!

AADSAS just told me to categorize it under the first semester you went to your university, but make sure you select the advanced placement category.

i wrote mine exactly as the transcript said, shortened or whatnot.

Write what your transcript says....
