Currently filling out my secondary to suny downstate and they ask to specify if coursework was taken online. I took the majority of my pre-reqs during the 2020-2021 academic year, so all of my coursework was online due to the pandemic. should i still mark them as online even tho i didnt have a choice to do in person? or mark that it was online and then note in the comments that it was during covid?

Just answer the question with facts. You took those classes online as the only offering from your university.
