hello, did anyone receive a letter from the board of pharmacy saying they have to wait 75 days to take their exam?

Is this for the retake or for taking the exam the 1st time? For 1st time test takers, the BOP is now taking at least 75 days to process applications. My friend applied early July, and is still waiting for her eligibility letter. For retakes, another person told me the BOP is taking up to 60 days or more.
