For me it was just to keep me focus for a long time (8 hours), but I did not find any similarities between them

the biggest waste of money EVER!
the real exam is much much easier than this crap. i spent $75 for this thing for nbde2 and i feel so pissed off about having done so now. there are tons of questions on it that ask you to look at a X ray or a picture to answer the Q and yet you dont see the pic or xray. tons of other questions make no sense. there are a bunch of questions like if you have bilateral swelling of the face.

a. lidocaine
b. procaine
c. cocaine

you get the point i hope. dont buy this and save your money.
