I've done some practice tests on CDP and I feel like there's a bunch of history passages...aren't the passages on the real test all science based or usualy 2 out of 3 passages science based? And the last one isn't usually history-related mostly, but rather technical stuff for instance how a piano is build or what not.

Can anyone who's taken the test please relate? I will repay you with my friend request and I will send you money

I don't know about CDR, but I did just take my DAT last Friday and all of my passages were science based. The only practice I did was Achiever, and the types of questions asked on achiever were way harder than on the actual DAT.

I took two tests on CDR and took the real thing last Saturday. The actual passages were not representative of the real test. The real test only had science passages while CDR had those history passages as you mentioned. However, only one passage on the real test was really involved, dense science. The other two passages were very general "fluffy" science passages written for the masses. CDR was good prep and the actual questions themselves were harder than the more straightforward questions on the DAT. I thought CDR was good in the sense that it helps you figure out your strategy and timing. My average for the two on CDR were 21; on the real thing I got a 25.
