Does anyone know of a solid craniomaxillofacial text that deals with evaluation, trauma, and surgery? If you think of a book with great pictures then all the better!

Also, if you had a choice between Reconstructive Surgery by Mathes or Grabbs Flap Encyclopedia which one would you prefer.
