Creatinine Clearance Calculator?

anyone have any recommendations for a creatinine clearance calculator for android?

I just started working in hospital pharmacy and don't really trust the numbers listed in the MAR because i dont know what equation it uses. alot of my colleagues do it by hand, but i somehow manage to mess it up. I used the lexicomp app calculator but its kind of awkward to use.
I recently discovered the multi creatinine clearance calculator on the globalrph.com site and really liked it but i dont always have access to a computer

anyone have other recommendations?

one of my favorite things about both this app and the globalrph calculator is that it uses multiple equations (cockcroft-gault, MDRD, CKD-EPI) so I can decide on which to used based on the situation

Epocrates has that and a wealth of other information.

I use QxCalc sometimes if I'm in a rush for an answer. Otherwise just calculate yourself then you know what math you used.

They do exist, would be very helpful for MDRD and such
