i'm an undergrad student trying to apply for some dental schools all over us. right now, im working on my personal statement, (this is the only thing left that's delaying me for applying), and i have asked some of my friends (who have been accepted to dental schools in us) abt this personal statement. Most of them told me it looks fine, however, some also said that i need to work on the intro part, cause it should be really creative and intriguing, to be able to stand out.
now, my question is, do i have to write a really creative personal statement, or should it just be the way it should be, like a "personal" statement, just telling the comittee directly and clearly who we are, our goals, what motivated and intrigued us for wanting to become a dentist, etc?????
any feedbacks are welcomed and appreciated, thanks!!! 🙂
