Hi

I was submitting an online application for credential evaluation report. It has asked me for what kind of report I want. The options are:

1. General
   
2. General with Grade Average
   
3. Course By Course
   
4. High School and University Level Course by Course
   
5. Subject Analysis
   
6. Catalog Match
   
7. Health Professions Licensure

I am confused between the 1st 2nd and tha last one. Can anyone guide me who had already been through this. Thanks.

if you're planning to apply to dental schools, you need to have a course by course evaluation done.

hey can you please help me on the documents we need to submit for credential evaluation..i am a dentist graduated from india..

also please confirm me with which credential report we should apply for..

all four year marksheets, degree/provisional degree, internship completion certificate, passing certificate ....all attested copies form your registrar or controller of examination of university..all the best

I am going to send the documents for the Educational credential evaluation soon.

I believe I need to appy for nbde part 1 next. Can you please tell me where I can find the NDBE Part 1 Application form. I went to ada website but could not see there. I am sorry for asking simple questions.
