Creighton phonecall

I received a very unexpected phonecall from Creighton yesterday. Basically, the guy told me that after reviewing my application, they feel that I'm a great candidate for their campus-based pathway. He asked me if I'm willing to change from the web-based pathway, and I gave him several reasons why that's not an option for me. Also, I asked him how this decision was made, and he said that my technological ability isn't as good as it could be. I proceeded to tell him that I've taken online courses, and that my technical skills are quite good, etc. He said that he'll take this information back to the committee when they discuss my application again. If any of you could give me your thoughts or any feedback, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks so much!!

I don't know how flexible ADCOM's are, but if you gave him really compelling reasons not to switch, and the online classes required more than just submitting online quizzes, I'd say you've got a pretty good chance. Especially since they obviously think you'd be a good candidate for the school.

If you're posting on this discussion board, then your technical ability exceeds what is necessary for creighton web-based. I can't believe he told you that.
