creighton has no specialties therefore you can deal with complex cases (for the most part).

I can't speak for Pitt, but I found Creighton's facilities small and out dated. Admissions office is not the best at replying or keeping applicants updated - that is my experience and it seems to be a common thread here on SDN from other CU applicants. For those reasons, I'd say Pitt!

What does any of this have to do with choosing the better dental school?
