Creighton vs. UNLV (OOS-II)

I just got accepted to Creighton without an interview, and I have an interview coming up at UNLV. As I’m living overseas, it will cost me 1.5k to attend the interview, so I won’t go there if I’m not going to attend it. I don’t which school is better because I don’t know much about them. Please give me some thoughts on both schools.

Congratulations on your acceptance !! I never heard of a school accepting with an interview so to be safe if i were you I would call admin and double check if the acceptance is real.

I read on this forum that someone was sent an acceptance by accident by another school do anything is possible.

But if you are accepted then congratulations and I say go to that school ! You can take the chance to interview at the other if you have the money to spend but if not I say just celebrate 🙂

It was stated in the email that interview wasn’t required for acceptance. I believe Creighton is the only dental school in the US does it.

You should definitely invest your money into the second interview as you have not attended Creightons campus before. This way you’ll have options between schools and where you’d be more comfortable living for the next 4 years. At least that’s what I would do. Good luck!

Ya I probably wouldn’t bother at that point maybe. It’s really just up to you. There’s no wrong answer here.
