Creighton Waitlist

So I got waitlisted/alternate status for Creighton med school. I know they do not rank their waitlist so I was wondering if anyone has advice for going from alternate to accepted. What kinds of updates go above and beyond their expectations?

As stated, service and a general desire to attend that school/why you are a good fit. I loved it there but I’ll be withdrawing my acceptance soon so there should be at least one spot opening up. Good luck!
