i am working on the secondary application and one question asks why do you want to go here...

other than some shmoozing, what are they looking for?

For these types of questions, I find the best way to answer them is to browse the school's website and write about any aspect of the school that seems appealing to you. I find that most schools will emphasize certain points more strongly than others, e.g. research, or a religious college.

You might also want to mention any friends or family that are alums of Creighton. If those people are major donors it might influence your application.
