Does anyone know exactly what shows up on your Criminal Background Check?

Just a little confused because I have not had a misdemeanor or a felony and have never been booked, but I had to go to court once. My case got thrown out before trial because it was a false accusation. Would this show up?

What if your found not guilty does it show up then?

Yours won't show up. Only guilty/no contest/pending stuff will. Given guilty/no contest/pending, here's what shows up:

1. All felonies.
2. All misdemeanors.
3. Infractions/violations that are unrelated to traffic court.

Were you arrested? If so, you should try to get it expunged. Even if the case was thrown out there could be a record of it somewhere. It just depends on where the CBC company checks. ..................... more bs because I am not a lawyer..............
