Hi guys,

I had a previous conviction for trespassing (2015) that it was dismissed/expunged.
ERAS has these 2 questions:
1- have you ever been convicted of a misdemeanor?
2-Is there anything in your past history that would limit your ability to be licensed or would limit your ability to receive hospital privileges?

I will answer yes to the question 1, but should I answer yes to the question 2 as well?

Was it dismissed or expunged? If expunged it's like it never happened and doesn't have to be reported on Eras AFAIK and shouldn't affect your ability to get licensed

It would not limit your ability to be licensed.
