Hi,
Going back to ICU as a hospitalist for a week after a long time hiatus from the ICU. Is there a resource for titrating off the drips? All references I have only tell me how to start them, not how to stop them.

All the hospitals I've worked at have a protocol to titrate those drips. The ICU nurses know the common drips by heart (cardizem, propofol, levophed, versed, etc). They are going to be your best resource.

If you must:

ICU Drips Management of IV Critical Care and Emergency Drugs by heyLong.com
ICU Drips Management of IV Critical Care and Emergency Drugs on the App Store

Hope that helps!

Tell your nurse to titrate off and then let her titrate. Done.
