How easy is it for a fresh grad to get a decent (mostly day shifts and with a midlevel or residents) intensivist job in or near NYC ? Im afraid to give up on the opportunity of a 6nights 7day shifts very good job with good salary in long island hoping something better will show up closer to NYC. Ive been looking for 8 months and this is the best I've found and it wont come back. Is it worth the risk to keep looking?
