Don't stress and be confident. Smile when you enter the room. Also, for your ICE:
1) I always did a general examination of just checking the head, finger nails and extremities, it gives you time to think what you will examine next and maybe some general points checked off. Do a focused examination of the system involved and if you have time then just do the heart/lung if you want to ( I didn't do it) I always did the focused examination.
2) For PN start with DD (write own 2-3 on the blue sheet before you enter) and investigations, just memorize the common investigation for the specific system, I remember for abdomen it always had like USG, rectal etc etc, so you won't blank out when you start writing and you won't waste time thinking.
Ask permission and explain every physical examination you are doing. Like, can I untie your gown, I need to listen to your heart and lungs. I am going to place my palm on your back and will ask you to say 9,9,9 so that they know what to expect.
I don;t know how they are graded, but I missed a lot of stuff and still passed without touching borderline. Also, don't feel the need to fill all 3 of the DD's boxes if you don't have 3 solid dd's. Make sure to support it with evidence and start with the most likely.
all the best, you got this 🙂
