CS intro question

For those of you who took the CS, and have not graduated from medical school yet, did you introduce yourself as a doctor (I'm Dr. Jane Doe) or as a medical student? Not sure if we're supposed to do accuracy or be playing a role.

Also, in my case, I actually do have a "Dr." title, although it's from a PhD.

Whichever comes out of your mouth faster and/or more natural. It makes absolutely no difference.

Thanks. I'm probably overthinking it. And, I did read (after posting this) that either is fine too.

The staff actually tells you to feel free introducing yourself as doctor.

I said Dr, and was fine, passed. I assumed everyone said Dr too...
