Just took my step 2 cs...
mistakes:
1) forgot to order cardiac enzymes on a case that def needs it
2) forgot to ask about PMH and allergies in the peds case...but nailed the rest
3) Rambled off answers for the challenging questions on many of them but they seemed to understand
4) I summarized for most of my cases but Im not sure to how many I didnt summarize...I think i didnt summarize the peds one. But I def told them my work up and asked them If they understood and etc. All the pts seemed to understand what I was trying to say to them...many smiled and thanked me a lot
5) Might have messed up a sleep case cuz at the end he asked me if I thought he had alzheimers...

What do you all think? Still good to go for passing?

You'll just have to wait it out. There is no set standard for what number or quality of errors that will make you fail. Only those that will have you reported for irregular behaviour.

I did mine, and I'm freaking out too, I'm afraid I might fail ICE.

My mistakes:
- Messed up one case completely (telephone case), I didn't find out what SP has. One case is so-so (DDs is in wrong order), rest is fine.
- In alcoholic patient (but not related to the disease), I didn't ask about CAGE, I didn't have enough time, patient was taking too much, so I didn't counsel about it.
- In one case, I did neuro exam, but I forgot to mention it in PN.
- Missed some ROS questions, some notes, and few workups, although I mentioned important workups related to the disease.

My positives, I guess:
- I summarized all cases, I asked about PMH, PSH, SH, OB/Gyn, Sexual History in ALL cases.
- I answered challenge questions perfectly.
- I did closure in ALL cases.
- I counseled about smoking and illicit drugs.
- My PNs were good, except some DDs in 2-3 cases.
- Most of SPs were happy and smiling at me.

Wait is killing me, I hope I pass.

You're totally fine. I totally botched 3 of my cases and still passed (found out yesterday!). I only summarized half of my cases but always concluded (I think you only need to summarize once in the case not necesarily at the end), I forgot to add in ROS section in all my notes except the last one which I remembered, I ran out of time on my first 2 cases, and didn't know what to do with one of the cases. I was totally freaking out but yeah still passed. I'm sure you did great.
