It really was very similar to the practices we do at home. The only real surprise was the character limit for history field on the note (ours is much longer apparently). The patients were great, and really good at helping you... (Ie: What brings you in today? didn't just get "my head hurts" but an actual HPI).

I feel decent about it. We'll see 🙂

In my experience, if you think you did well on that one, then you did!

To add, isn't it crazy how few characters you get for the history box? I kept havin to go back and delete sentences, etc.

I took the old CS, but I found practicing with the template online helped because it was exactly like the real thing. My patient note ended up being my highest scoring area, but I also attribute that to stealing F.A. PN format 🙂. The above is the updated practice link.

Congrats on finishing and being the only one I know that actually "feels good about the exam" post-exam.

The limit for the HPI space is annoying, hence, I forgot all about what paragraphs are and just wrote out everything, with no separation whatsoever, as one big all-together text.
