Was in the same dilemma 3 years ago (I'm a recent grad of the CSULB program) deciding between both Chapman and CSULB. I think it took me a good 2-3 weeks before I had made my final decision, but for me, I made the decision based on CSULB's small class size, location, and it being the affordable option with the fact that giving me grants for grad school. I would have to agree that, yes LB doesn't have the state of the art equipment/facilities, but the quality in the education is there. All of my classmates passed the boards and most/if not all have jobs (some of which are at the clinical sites they interned at). There is an on campus neuro clinic and will soon be opening an on campus ortho clinic as well. Long Beach actually has 2 semesters for anatomy, so I'm not sure where the previous poster got that information. Each PT program is unique, but should prepare you for the boards, and provide clinical skills to make you a good entry level physical therapist. For the most part, you need to determine and figure out what you personally want from a PT program, but in the end, find a school that fits you. Good Luck!!
