CTE/PTE change after getting off waitlist post 4/30?

I was recently taken off of a waitlist that I really want to attend but want to wait for financial aid information before I officially change my AMCAS designation. Am I still allowed to hold multiple acceptances (one school where I PTE'd at prior to 4/30 and one school where I got taken off the waitlist) until this information comes out? Both schools' CTE dates are in July.

Application and Acceptance Protocols for Applicants

The AAMC recommendations to help ensure that all M.D. and M.D.-Ph.D. applicants receive timely notification about the outcome of their AMCAS application.

If you receive additional acceptances following April 30, it is your responsibility to promptly notify any school(s) you have decided to not attend. Your decision should be made by the deadline established by the medical school(s).

If you are PTE at one school, you can continue to wait. Just make sure you commit by their CTE date. But for the sake of someone else on a waitlist, make a decision soon.
