Hey guys, I'm new to these forums and can't find this info anywhere - what is the Avg. Step 1 score for those docs going into Heme/Onc fellowships, and how much weight does it bear? Are LORs and Step 2 scores more important? How about research experience? Is waiting until an IM residency too late to start doing research? Thanks for any advice you all may have.
