Current AMCAS/Interfolio Issue

I'm currently experiencing difficulties with Interfolio electronically delivering letters to AMCAS. After emailing AMCAS customer service they have acknowledged that they are having technical difficulties receiving letters from Interfolio.

Does any one have any more detail as to what's going on/when resolution will occur? My calls have been fruitless.

I submitted a letter a week ago and no luck so far. Had to go the direct AMCAS route

Thanks - has been frustrating for sure - I've gotten such a run around from AMCAS/Interfolio; I don't think anyone know what's wrong.

Did you do a physical delivery or have your writers upload through AMCAS's portal?

I did the AMCAS portal. Physical delivery takes a long time (3 weeks for me in July). Probably shorter now though.
