How many questions in the COMBANK currently? I know they keep adding more but the most recent amount I saw was 550 Qs total This past winter. Their website only states "hundreds of questions". Thanks!

I counted 855 questions. I have a feeling they will add a 145 more questions by the start of the summer which is when students usually start the bulk of their step II study
You can already see the difference in the style of the questions. USMLEWorld (and I imagine the USMLE step 2) focuses on pathology, symptoms and coming up with the proper diagnosis. Whereas the COMBANK's questions seem to provide the diagnosis and instead ask you questions related to management and treatment such as "first test to order" or "what's the first thing you do" The COMBANK has been good about asking questions like that which are not always easy and intuitive. Most of the USMLE books like Secrets and First Aid go into great depth regarding pathology and clinical symptoms but are bad about discussing management.
