Cold-call, or email departments inquiring. Reach out to your network of people you've met in medicine, it runs far deeper than you likely realize. A simple text to anyone you loosely know or have met in the areas you're looking with "hey, I'm looking for pediatric anesthesia jobs in the area. Do you happen to know anyone in the local groups I could talk to?" can carry you a long way.
