Cuttle Disk Versus Soflex Disk

Hello you guys 🙂 Do you guys know the difference between a cuttle disk and a soft flex disk? and when to use which one? Especially for polishing teeth?

I have only used Sof-lex, but they are amazing for class 3, 4, and 5 restorations. I have also been successful with Jiffy and Shofu disks when I couldn't find my Sof-lex, but they take a little more pressure.
