I am writing a complete CV to apply for a "clinical track" program we can do during our P4 year. I have a question:

I co-wrote a poster with another student. However, I could not make the conference where the poster was showcased so I didn't actually present it. How do I put it on my CV. Do I just put it down as if I presented it?

I'm thinking write the following format:

Title of Presentation. Written with J. Coauthor. Presented at X Conference, City, ST (mm/yyyy)

That seem OK?

Also, when I'm putting presentations on my CV, do I also put people I wrote them with?

That would work.

I usually do it this way (assuming I am 'Re GH'):

Doe JX, Re GH, Mi VV, et al. Poster Title presented at Meeting Name. City, State; Month Day-Day, Year.

It is perfectly fine to put a poster on a CV, even if you were not the presenter or in attendance at the meeting. They might ask if you were the presenter, they might not...just be honest if they do.

For presentations, put all authors and presenters.

Agreed. I've been asked by one person whether I presented the posters, and as long as your honest, they don't seem to care. If you have a large amount of posters, some people will put a "*", with a disclaimer that that means they were the presenting author. I wouldn't do that until you get into the dozen-plus range, though.

By the way, I had a chuckle when I saw your user status.
