Didn't fill one out, but I was thinking about just sending my CV since that has my specific activities and I didn't want to list them on here publicly. Hope that would be fine.

Okay. Send me a conversation. As you know, CV's and resumes are not the typical format for an application, so I just wanted to be sure you knew that. The next step is to format it based on the central application, and I think the SDN Premed Planner should help with this.
