What are the metrics that make a store a challenge store? Any advice on how to increase metrics to get us off the list? I was thrown into a new store with minimal guidance, and my techs have not been helpful at all. Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks!
 
It means you service scores are low. Please learn the service metrics. You customers rate you and sometime they leave a response so you can view it. For more, send me a PM
 
It is sometimes easier to fix a store than it is to maintain it. It will depend on how much you can control your techs. If you can get them to buy in at least a little bit you should be able to improve your store out of the challenge category at least. If you have high turnover or the techs are intractable it is probably a hopeless cause.
