I have an interview with CVS tomorrow for a pharmacist position. I'm currently working for them right now. Has anybody interview with them yet? What are the questions like? What should I expect? Thanks! 🙂

Why CVS

What is quality customer service

Prioritize tasks (calls, etc happening all at once)

Demonstration of communication skills

Handling difficult customers

Someone you admire, and their strengths and weaknesses

And, perhaps more relevant to the position I was applying for, what sorts of leadership experience

This is not really exposing CVS; your answers will reveal your character and ability (and sobriety), and the right answers are instructional rather than mysterious products of prodigious brainpower

I guess people just aren't taking my suggestions seriously:

(see previous thread): I recommend intentionally flopping the interview... the sooner you cut ties the better.

Do not tell them you want to have a life outside of your job. Tell them you are willing to work an extra 10 hours per week unpaid to get the job done and meet their lame metrics. Tell them you have no intention of getting married or having children. They just take away from your time on the job. Tell them you don't really like vacation and will accept their offer of no vacation for the first year and 1 week after the first year for the next 5 years. Play to their large ego by telling them you've always wanted to work for a Fortune 50 company or whatever they are now. This will greatly increase your chances of getting a highly sought after position with CVS. Best of luck.

This is actually true.

Unfortunately, working for them is better than losing your house at this point. In case I speak to one of the head honcho's, could someone please tell me the major components of KPM, SOS, and triple S Score? Thank you in advance.

Angela we are only here for a short period of time. Your soul lives forever. Think about this before you make that decision.

I don't understand why you keep asking this. If you do not work at CVS they will not expect you to know about these things. 😕

Yes, I used to work for them last year. That is why I am asking what are the key components of KPM, SOS and triple S score because I don't remember?

Unchained I agree with you, at this point it's a last resort before I lose my life and house. Maybe I can even pay back a little bit of my student loans this year.

Maybe call one of your ex-coworkers and ask? No one seems to want to discuss it.

If someone could help me with what the main measures of KPM and SOS are, it would be much appreciated. You can DM me the response.

I hear they ask their interns different questions when hiring pharmacists outside of the company. I know an intern who told me he was asked about GOT - HEARTS customer service acronym . Also asked questions like "How would you contribute to increasing our sales and profits as a pharmacist".
