cvs new hire

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
CVS's recruiting is incredibly slow. I would make a point to check your email several times, make sure nothing sneaks into your spam folder. They should have sent, or should be sending a link and password to complete forms and/or paperwork for you to complete. Most people (from what I hear) that don't get offered dates miss out because they didn't watch for the emails and complete them in a timely manner (once they actually received them).

If there's nothing waiting for you in your email, I would call your recruiter person that you were dealing with. If you're applying on the retail side, I don't have any connections to find out anything, so I can't help there.. sorry.

Like a month.

They are notoriously slower than all hell. I accepted the position in early December and they dragged their feet enough to make my official hire date the first week of January, thus screwing me out of an entire year of seniority.

It was probably not a coincidence.

It's definitely not a seniority thing, I can tell you that. The recruiting is that awful. It takes them forever to do the background checks and get the drug test results back. It's really sad. Fortune #7 company!

Guys so true it’s taking so long . I wish to hear back from them soon.

Thanks for taking time to reply me I was so Stressed regarding this .

haha if you're starting to work at cvs, this should be the least of your worries. just remember, it's not you, it's them. lol
