Question for current night RPhs of CVS,

When picking up a day shift on your off week at a non-24 hour store, are you getting your rate minus $5 differential?

For example if my rate is $54/hr but I work night shift and get paid $59/hr for my week on, but then during my off week I pick up a shift at a regular store, I'm getting paid back to $54/hr.

I know many of the older night RPh's have one flat rate, and that is their night rate no matter which shift they work.

So how about you?
