Just tossing this out there.. For my dept, there's one posted now, and 3 more coming. Another department is also looking to hire pharmacists.

NONE of these spots are already spoken for (aka the idea that the position was created for someone specific)..

If you are interested, go to the career section of the CVS site and look up Phoenix specifically (other locations could be hiring, too, not counting retail).

PA, MTM or other call center roles are never created for someone specific because they have high turnover rates so you’re constantly hiring. In that sense, everyone who applies for one of these types of roles has a fair shot at the job.

It isn't turn-over. The workload is increasing.. but I wrote that due to the other CVS thread that mentioned most of the positions were spoken for.
